The Land in Jefferson is 54 acres of breathtaking scenery. Our charming authentic Maine barn is 936 square feet and can hold up to 78 guests.
Outside you will find flowing, exposed ledge and rock walls, several manicured flower gardens along with stunning views of Dyer Long Pond and the lush forest and farmland surrounding this very private escape for your special day.
Just 25 minutes from Augusta, The Land has all the privacy without having to drive for hours.

The foundation for an unforgettable celebration starts here. Our base fee secures exclusive access to the property for your entire wedding day and evening, ensuring you can celebrate right up until your departure (as late as 10 pm). This elevated package includes:
Engagement Photo Privileges: Complimentary access to use the property for your engagement photos ahead of your wedding date.
Expert Coordination: A Day-of Coordinator is available for seamless execution of all your event activities.
Three Days of Access: Full property access from 10 AM the day before your event to 1 PM the day after—allowing ample time for setup, celebration, and departure.
Rehearsal & Setup Access: Access to the property for your rehearsal and setup the day before your event, allowing for any five-hour period between 10:00 AM and 7:30 PM.
The Signature Venue: Rental of our beautiful traditional Maine post and beam barn.
Scenic Ceremony Location: Your choice of several ceremony locations on the property.
Optional Officiant: An on-site Notary/Marriage Officiant is available to perform your ceremony or serve as an immediate backup if needed.
Dedicated Changing Suite: Separate, private area for getting ready on the event day.
Setup & Breakdown Service: Full setup and breakdown service for all farm tables, dining chairs, and ceremony chairs, arranged precisely to your specifications. (Note: This service does not include floral or personal decorations.)
Essential Seating & Dining: Farm tables and folding chairs to accommodate up to 78 guests, plus additional tables for catering, gifts, and display.
Complete Table Settings: All dishes, silverware, and drinkware provided.
Elegant Linens: High-quality lace table runners and crisp white napkins.
Flexible Catering Space: Ample room for a food truck or catering setup of your choice.
Stress-Free Parking: A professional parking attendant and golf cart shuttle service to transport guests effortlessly from their cars to the venue and back.

*Small events for 20-30 guests can be held inside the estate and do not require a marquee. We provide cutlery, plates and glassware for up to 30 guests.

At our special rate of $3,200, you receive everything included in the Microwedding Package (which covers up to 25 people, 5 hours of venue use, the Barn Venue, tables/chairs, dining essentials, and an On-site Coordinator), plus the added convenience of our full setup and breakdown services. This choice allows you to relax and enjoy your day from start to finish. Furthermore, this package includes all-day access to our two separate, private changing suites and bathrooms for hair, dressing, pictures, and relaxing before the big moment.
The Wellness Retreat

The grounds offer therapeutic movement opportunities: two miles of scenic trails and sweeping views of Dyer Long Pond are ideal for walking meditations, grounding exercises, and peaceful woodland strolls.
